How an engagement works

You describe the operation and what is breaking. No charge.
We put scope, deliverables, timeline, and price in writing.
You approve in writing. Only then is any payment taken.
Work is delivered in short increments with a review at each one.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

What appears on your statement	Charges appear as TAKVENTURES. Card processing is handled by Stripe; TAK Ventures LLC does not store card numbers.
One-time engagements	Full refund if requested before work begins. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated against work delivered.
Monthly subscriptions and contracts	Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
Deposits	Refundable in full until scope is signed; credited against the engagement after.
How to cancel or request a refund	Email travis@travisaking.com. Requests are answered within 2 business days.
Disputes	Contact us first — most issues resolve same-week. Full terms at Terms of Service.

Services are provided to business customers in the United States. There are no physical goods, so no shipping or return-of-goods process applies.
